Admyntec services pending claim

I submitted a cellphone claim[#***] with Admyntec Services 2 months ago. I have submitted the claim form reflecting the IMEI number, the Affidavit reflecting the case number and have been calling them doing follow ups constantly and everytime I call, they want something else. The last communication they wanted a picture of the cellphone box reflecting the IMEI number or contract summary of which I went to MTN and was told the contract summary does not reflect the IMEI number and they instead gave me an invoice reflecting the IMEI number ,which has been seen sent to them and still no progress

I spoke to Thandeka and Boitumelo and they have both been dodging my calls ,giving me the run around
