Admyntec Services | MTN Insurance | Poor service

It's been three weeks since my phone went into repairs for a screen replacement and I'm still waiting for my phone and they don't reply. They contacted me once to inform me that they had broken my back cover—worst service for something you rightfully pay. Why would MTN Insurance associate their brand with this company?
