I wouldn't want anyone to take this insurance as they are pathetic , the only thing you will find is auto response, so my story short I made a claim last year October and they told me the claim will be forwarded to the higher department and i will get a response, nothing happened , me and my wife waited till this year Jan , when we send email for urgent response they told us that our claim was suspended and the reason was why did we wait till Jan to check with them ..very **** this people .they just don't pay out their claims so please do not even consider them as your electronics insurer. Find something better ..This ones are **** and they are taking people for a ride ..Please be warned do not use them at all cost . Thank you
