Admyntec MTN Insurance

Admyntec handles MTN Insurance and has the worst service record ever. I logged my cellphone insurance claim on the 1st May and over two months later i am still struggling to get a response out of them. After numerous calls and messages to MTN and Admyntec, i am still in the dark. I took out the highest premiums on my cell phone and havnt missed a payment, i haven't had a cell to use in months and at the rate they are going, i will probably be another few months. *** - Logged 1st May
