Admyntec MTN Cellphone Insurance with Guardrisk

Shocking service and *********** staff handling a cell phone query. Probably 25 mails with no answer regarding been debited with insurance. Cancelled and been debited still. They cannot proof or give me confirmation that I have taken the insurance and clearly don't understand the FAIS regulations. I wonder if Guardrisk who is the Insurer is aware of what's happening. No Manager can speak to you and they just keep on debiting. Shocking service and a Ombudsman complaint.
