Admyntec absolutely **** service Don't insure through MTN

After a week of submitting a claim I have 1 email to ask me what colour the phone is🥶 duh does it really matter. I need a front screen replaced on a Fold 4. It had already been assessed by SmartphoneEr and they have the parts needed in 2 days and will take 2 hours to repair. Nope MTN say I need to go through these ***boys .

Please don't insure anything through MTNs underwriters I can't even swear enough to mention their lack of service
