*** my phone accidential fell cracked and become black they booked for repair I've asked to pay money so that they will come and pick up the phone I did that after payment I have to call them everyday to remind them about the phone collection it took almost 3months to come and collect the phone,they send courier guy on 30 of May 2025 form was sent 0n the second of march 2025 they send the phone back on 10 of June 2025 only to find out the speaker of the phone is not not working they courier guy deliver around 10 am I put my sim card trying to phone my husband telling him that the phone is back only around 11 during my tea break at work I found out the speaker not working he don't hear hear me I tried to call friend same thing I phone them telling them that the speaker is not working I have to put phone on loud speaker so that they will able so hear me when I called and report to tell them to come take the phone they told me I need to do a video and send to them via WhatsApp or email so that they come and pick up the phone I left behind at school doing online classes but they still delaying again after took them 3months to come and pick up the I asked the consultant why don't send the courier guy to pick up phone and put the sim on your side so that you can hear that she told me they won't send the courier guy without a video to proof that the speaker is not working and send them via email or WhatsApp their WhatsApp is not monitored,their emails not attended when you call the phone pick up with different consultation telling you different stories I regret having a contract with MTN and I don't advise people to have one poor service but good when debit the money ,
