Deplorable Service

<p>I got a quote from Vinesh at Admire for R4500 moving my furniture from Durban to Jhb which was scheduled for the 21st September. On the morning of the move they were late and I had to call 3 times as my cut off time was 4pm in the flat. His truck and driver arrived late after picking up another delivery. I was then told they need another truck as my load was too much after he quoted and had my list. I had to pay another R3000 to his driver or my furniture would not have been moved. I was also penalised by my Flat shareholders as they finished loading at 6PM. Upon arrival in Jhb my furniture was damaged and boxes were broken. As I requested my TV, Mirrors and Frames were not bubble wrapped, instead they put them onto the beds. My mirrors and fridge were scratched. My Leather couch was torn and one of the legs was broken. Vinesh refused to come out and look at my damaged furniture. He had the nerve to tell me that my insurance had to pay for my damaged goods when his company ruined it. I would like to warn those who need to use his services DO NOT. He is unprofessional and have staff that he picked off the street to pack and unpack his trucks. Up till now I have not been refunded a cent or any of my damaged equipment compensated for. DO NOT USE ADMIRE REMOVALS. I have photos, correspondence, text messages and emails to prove it. Worst disgusting service!!</p>
