Worst service ever by admin plus insurance

Admin plus is the insurance that is being offered by Telkom when you take their products. It is the worst insurance ever in the world. My daughter was ****** on the 17th of December 2021 and her iPhone which was insured by admin plus was also taken. Today on the 28th of January 2022 they haven't replaced her phone. We have done everything in our power to give them all the documents needed to get the replacement but still nothing. Excess was paid at the beginning of January but still nothing has been done so far. I am not sure how long does it take for a mere phone to be replaced. This is so frustrating and still not even given the turn around times.
