VERY BAD SERVICE

this guys are just letting telkom clients they sold me an insurance for my phone without sending me the documents, now i claimed and they telling me that they will be charging me an extra fee on my excess, if they had send me the documents i wouldn't have taken the insurance with them , and their staff are nowhere near helpfull they all just dragging their legs in the office
