Unpleasant service-Administration Plus

Absolutely pathetic service! It is an absolutely nerve wrecking & highly frustrating experience trying to get through the call center. I sent my device in for repairs & needed feedback, I dialed & cut the call atleast several times trying to get through, the que time for the call to go through is approximately 16 minutes. I am currently holding on the line to get through the claims department for Telkom for 19 minutes now. Very unpleasant & unprofessional service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
