Taking too long than the expected time ,that i was told ..with no comunication

Hello I am an unhappy customer who sent a mobile phone through Newcastle Telkom to Administration plus insurance company. The phone was sent 28/08/21.. up to this point ,nothing has been done no briefing on the matter. I even went to Telkom a couple of times even them they could not help .The lady who I spoke to who happened to be in charge of the store told me that they told her ,that the phone was sent on the 31/08/21 to Teisinano web services .I am now going through expense .
