Poor service at Administration Plus

We continue to receive extremely poor service form this provider. He are promised lies after lies. It has been a month now since we have made a claim for lost phone and till today we have not been assisted. All required info provided but still no assistance. You are made to hold for over 30min each time you call. All they do is promise to process the claim and say they will call you back but never do
