Pathetic service

Mark Clark l am addressing you because it seems like you the only one working at this company. I don't what you managing or directing but the service at your company is pathetic, appalling to say the very least. My Telkom Cotract ended in Jan 2021 and never in a single month have l defaulted on this premiums. I have emailed cancellations requests but it seems very difficult to cancel a simple insurance. Can someone refund me my money back, is that too difficult to ask Mark?
