iStore Insure - Worst decision of my life!!

iStore inSure has been the worst decision I have ever made - it has taken me over three weeks to submit a claim. The call centre is useless and unreliable. Finally able to log a claim and then they suggest that I am lying or trying to commit insurance *****...

The call centre agent is the worst and he does not seem interested in helping or resolving the issues - this is if youy can get a hold of them and when you do they move you from pillar to post.

I will not be insuring any future Apple products with them!!

There is no communication whatsoever from this insurance, the customer is not kept updated of the progress of the claim.
