Dear Admin+ I would like to draw your attention to your excellent receptionist telephonically, Yumna Davids. 2 weeks ago, Ms. Davids took it upon herself to try and resolve my claims of ****** phones issue after submitting the claims 3 months ago. It meant taking a lot of time and effort on her part and did not stop until she found out what had happened with my devices issue. It was an example of a rare case of professionalism in your company. I believe Ms. Davids to be an integral part of your company, because after consulting her I got all my devices in no space of time. Keep the good work Ms. Davids and do the same to others.
