Bad service

I submitted my claim for cellphone repairs on the 30th November 2020, paid the excess fee. They sent an sms saying my phone is being repaired, when I asked for feedback this week after a month and few days, told repair centre have backlog and there are no parts so my phone was not even fixed. I'm really not happy about this, because there are two people I know who made claims for lost IPhones and they got new phones within a week.
