Administration Plus suck!! Don't think about joining

My cellphone was insured at the Telkom store. I claimed for my ****** cellphone last week, I've only received it today. I was excited for my new phone, unfortunately my BRAND New phone never charged ever since I unboxed it today. I left it for 1 hour on a charger, still its not charging.. Now I'll have to sit and wait another week without a proper cellphone. One other problem I have is that with other cellphone shops like MTN, Vodacom, you never pay for the bull **** ACCESS money.
