Administration plus has the worst service and Jodie has no brains

The worst Telkom insurance ever. The lady Jodie keeps saying she will call my wife back and she never does. She just never gets to the bottom of my wife's claim. She always has excuses and she is extremely unprofessional. Make me wonder how she even has the position that she has with her little to no experience.
