I wouldn't recommend this insurance company even to a fly, believe me. Administration plus failed me after I claimed my lost p40 life, they sent me sms to. Pay R750 access which I did the same day on the 11/08/2022 I always waste R150 to R200 worth of airtime, still it get finished without them picking up the call. Today I spent 120 of airtime and they gave me the corrie contact and tracing number but it they were not picking it up meaning it doesn't exist it was just to calm. Me down.

I wonder why telkom changed the previous insurance company they were using because it allowed us to collect our device at telkom not with corrie.

I sent administration plus many emails which they never rep****, even tough they don't pick up our calls, if they want proof of calls and emails they can get them.
