Zero tolerance

Hello, I sent my cellphone for repairs after having paying for 3 years without claim. They told me I have to pay R1225, then I told them to cancel the claim and send back my phone. After few minutes they called saying it a mistake the actual amount is R517. The cancel the other insurance for another phone not the one in repairs, when I asked them the said it can't be reinstated. And mind you it wasn't my fault that it was canceled. I told them to go and listen to the recording of that day to hear what I said.
