You don't deserve a star. 8th August 2022 I did put in a claim with all the paperwork and in January 2023 found out that it no-one proceed with the claim. Today is the 13th February 2023 I spoke to, too many consultants have all the names, dates and times I spoke to them. Eventually when someone proceed with the claim they asked why we haven't submitted the claim in the 30 day period. Our reply was the claim was sent through on the 8th of Auguest 2022. They responded they will be handing the claim over to someone else its been a week now, and no one has made any contact with us. We are running a business and due to not have a device we are losing clients. I am definitely going to the ombudsman as well as I am struggling since the 8th August 2022 with Admin Plus.
