Worst servise as always

I’ve been with admin plus for about 2 years if not more it’s always a hustle putting a claim with them there’s only one guy that is professional and always helpful which is Marcel if he’s not around then our claims won’t be sorted out it’s so sad that he’s on leave and I have to wait for him to come back till I get my claim sorted out.ive been waiting for weeks now just for a lousy cellphone claim.
