Worst service ever

i insured my huawei mate 20 pro dual sim phone , it got lost i submitted acclaim and paid an excess of R2100 and they deliver a single sim phone , i called Ayanda who was assisting me with the claim i told him and he said i inserted the sim wrong i told him its a single sim with one imei number he then hanged up on me and ignored my emails for almost two weeks now ...its really disgusting i wouldn't encourage anyone to take this insuaranceb
