Worst Service Ever

This is the worst insurance to belong to. Almost two months later, I have yet to be helped. Their phones ring constantly, when they finally pick up, they deliberately hang up the call. I have sent a million emails and noone has attended to my query. Dear Telkom Mobile, by way of Admin Plus, please can I have feedback on my claim submitted to you early March!
