Worst service Admin Plus Telkom

Worst service when it comes to claims. I feel like I am being ****** again when they are suppose to help you during time of need. The arrogance from claim consultants cannot be explained with words. Telkom is a proper **** because of AdminPlus and Management should do something about it. Why should I fight when I am paying a service monthly? The issue of ****** will require full 5 pages. I provided alternative number for my claim but they still say we SMSed your Telkom number and I don't have the phone.
