Worst insurance service ever

If no star was a rating or even negative I would rate them that, 6 working days I put a claim in for ,my device still no approval or rejection of claim,they don't answer phone on hold for 15 minutes waiting,the store that did claim for me also complaining of no communication and assistance from insurance,never again use this company for my devices.
