Worst insurance ever

Worst insurance I have ever had, have claimed from last year in September 2020. The last communication I received from them was on 26/11/2020 that my claim has been approved. Excess fee paid and all documentation sent. When you call them, the phone is either unanswered or one consultant sends you to the next and so forth until the call cuts off. All email communication is ignored. I feel so defeated with this insurance. It's been four months now since approving the claim! Mind you they deduct every month without fail but their customer service is ****.. I am soooo disappointed.. Telkom will definitely lose customers because of this insurance.
