Worst insurance ever

they are the worst cellphone insurance, I'm insured with them since early 2022 never claimed, I lost my phone A WEEK AGO.. THEY ARE GIVING ME replacement that is less the value of what I was insured. MY SUM INSURED IS R18941 AND they are giving me a phone that is R11000.
