Worst Insurance company ever!!!! ????

This is probably the worst insurance company ever, I regret taking devices with telkom as they are in business with this insurance. I claimed for a phone I was ****** of on the 23rd of July and still today I'm paying for a phone I don't have including monthly subscription of data and airtime as well as insurance. Marcel is the guy who is supposently handling my documents and case but they never respond to emails or pick up the calls. Good day,

The last email read that they had received all the information required. The claim had been sent for verification and the outcome was to be communicated to me but even today I haven't received assistance.
