Worst Insurance company ever!!!!
So I have a contract with Telkom and upon starting this contract I obviously decided to take out insurance never knowing this was the company that Telkom used. Almost 2 years later of paying insurance premiums religiously I need to claim. I have placed a claim with this company in February, the last I have heard from these people was on March 4th 2021. I have sent multiple emails with no response or feedback but they deducted their premium on the 1st March and I can be sure they will deduct their premium in April. They are seriously atrocious.

07 Apr 2021, 11:51So I am unable to see your email address and I have rep**** in private to you on April 1st. I am yet to receive any feedback from you. All I want is for you guys to sort out my claim and like I said you received your premiums now the first of April yet I have no resolve.
