WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER

Lost my device in Nov 2020, put in a claim in the same month, tried to contact them multiple times after till today I've NEVER received any communication from them!! To my surprise, recently I tried to apply for vehicle finance, and I was told that I've been blacklisted by Telkom insurance
