Worst insurance company by Admin Plus

This insurance company has the worst service I have ever experienced. They took more than a month to process my phone claim. What hurts the most is that I have been paying them for more than 2 years, without fail. Now that I lost my phone and sent a claim, they are dragging their feet. Their systems are stuck in the stone ages, which makes it impossible to deliver quality service. This is really frustrating.
