Worst gadget insurance even, ********

The worst insurance company ever, i booked my 2 phones a month ago, Samsung Tizen Z2 and A3, firstly the Tizen they tell me to pay exes of 150 to repair the device and 300 for the A3, next thing i get told the Tizen has been discontinued so i need to add R1265 to have the device replaced with the Samsung A2 Core, this device is worth less than a 1000 why should i pay R1265 to have the device replaced, and what have i been paying the premiums for if they want to sell me the replacement device, what is the insurance for if i'll buy a phone from them?, and they've been quite with the other device, no update nothing, this insurance used to be proper when i used to deal with Nosiphiwo Ganyaza and Nosiphiwo Ganyaza, this current one is a joke, a *******.
