WORST EXPERIENCE - Bogus rejection reasons

WORST EXPERIENCE. I have 2 Devices insured with Admin plus and lost both of them at the same time due to a Mugging. Now when I app**** for the devices I specified who would use them but when the policy document came through, I was advised this was not a problem because they would both be under my policy and It does not matter as I am the main person.

Now getting a Bogus reason for wanting to reject the claim stating that I did not disclose who would be using the devices and that they can only approve one. Reason given is that I am a user of both devices and because the other was taken from someone else results in a rejection. This is a clear violation of fairness.
