Worst Customer Service

This has been the worst experience for a first timer who is trying to do things accordingly but it does not help. I sent a claim to this company adminplus insurance and I'm a person who makes his payments every single month but then they stopped assisting after they created a claim number for my claim then I was left just like that high and dry, this company is unreachable and I find that they are useless as an insurance com9any be cause I have been waiting for 2 months fully still noth8ng and I've sent a complaint email to them 3 times now and nobody replies, I'd like to state that now I'm being held against my own will by this company.
