Worst cellphone insurance

They deserve 0 star they are the worst cellphone insurance, I'm insured with them since early 2020 never claimed, lost my phone begging december last year and they haven't replaced my device.. Jody Oliver worst consultant, he's been pushing for me to take a replacement that is less the value of what I was insured. He said I'm suppose to get a device that is to the value of my device today. It is not going to be equivalent to the sum insured. I even sent him screen shots of my contract showing him it doesn't say that. Lately his been ignoring my emails.
