WORSE SERVICE EVER

poor service delivery and they do not keep to their promise I logged a claim for my phone on the 10th of march but my claim was approved on the 9th of April after a long struggle with them after it was approved they told me to wait for up to 7days to receive my phone and I waited. no one contacted me after that for further information so I kept trying to contact them to no vail until today on the 21st when I was told that I need to pay an excess of r320 by Ethel-Jean Pekeur who claimed that they sent me an email on the 16th which I had never received. we waste a lot of money thinking we are saving for rainy days only to be played by insurances like admin plus with their behavior towards their clients they do not care as long as they receive their money because when it is time for them to pay they will give you excuses and worse of all their line is always busy whether you are calling in the morning, during the day or even afternoon we just waste our money on airtime for nothing just to be kept on the line until you drop the call or your airtime runs out. WORSE SERVICE EVER WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE
