Worse Insurance Company

This must be the worst insurance you can ever sign up for. Not sure how Telkom is associated with them. I have been waiting for an update from my claim since interacting with a guy called Lawrence who has not even responded to my email. How are they still operating since 1-10 of their reviews are similar to mines?
