Worse cellphone insurer

I submitted a claim and it's been over 3 weeks and no response from the company. I cal them, wait over 10mi on the line with no consultants to help you, and when you do eventually get through they are off no help. Worse service ever and worse company ever. Telkom is a ***** for partnering with this company as their insurer. I'm am very disappointed. Telkom cannot help you when you call them with comaints about this insurance while each month a combined fee of cellphone insurance and cell phone contract is debited by telkom
