Very *********** company poor service

Yhooo Hayi sana I just wanna cancel my business with them you can't get your phone without completely...I claimed for a lost device a month ago but they haven't responded when you call them the line is always busy or you hold for a good 30 minutes. When I email my claim handler he doesn't respond to any of the emails...when I call and get hold of him he's clueless doesn't know what I'm talking about. I'm not with with this company shame.
