Very bad service

I am hereby logging a complaint to you about the bad experience I have with Justin Barends who was supposed to help me with the cell phone claim for my lost phone.I submitted to him my claim form on 9/11/2020 and till today he never responded and I am sitting here not knowing when will my phone be replaced and yet I am a consistent paying customer on my cell phone insurance covered by Admin plus insurance.I am really not happy with the treatment I got and losing my confidence on your company.I will be taking this matter further this week to Hello Peter if there not resolution, and that would not give me joy to do but I will be forced to do so.
