Very bad experience of telkom Insurance

Shame on the telkom Insurance it's a day light *******. Never make it easy to claim. My time of running around trying to claim phone from them at the of day no help. I will never encourage anyone to take that silly insurance if you guys need donation you can ask not this. My daughter was rob cellphone all you care is your stupid business protocols. For your information the staff from east gate makes me prolong the claim by giving me wrong information
