utterly disgusting service from Finrite/ Admin Plus Insurance

Finrite/ Admin Plus Insurance is absolutely terrible! My cellphone, which i got on contract with Telkom, was ****** on the 2nd of March 2021. I contacted them and followed every procedure that was required, they told me that I will receive feedback on my claim in 48 hours, 4 days went by and still no response. So i called them to enquire about my claim, they put me on hold for an hour then they ended my call. this happened a number of times when i called them. I then went on the website and requested a call back. they emailed me asking for my latest Telkom statement, i sent it to them immediately, Still no call back! Mind you I'm still paying for this ****ty service. 3 months later i still haven't received any feedback from them. today i called them only to find out that they have rejected my claim! They kept quiet all this time so that they can continue taking my money while I'm under the assumption that my claim is still "still under review" and they will replace my device. I am utterly disappointed in this insurance company, how do you treat a loyal, paying customer like this? i will never advise anyone to take up their services.
