Utterly disgusted by poor customer service

I'm utterly disgusted with the service I received from admin plus insurance. I logged a claim on their online process and called them to do a follow up to no joy at all. They promised to contact me to date I didn't hear anything from them.

I reported a ****** phone and send all the necessary documents required however I did not receive communication from them to update me.

I am bot satisfied at all as I'm paying my premiums monthly to no fail but their staff do not care about servicing the customer.
