USELESS INSURANCE

I REGRET HAVING TAKEN INSURANCE WITH THIS PEOPLE. 1. They will drag their feet to respond to you via mail. 2. You struggle to get through their helpline. 3. They won't allow you to get a phone of your choice. 4. They give you options of phones less than the insured value but you pay excess of the insured value.

horrible experience having paid insurance with them for 5 and half years.
