Useless Insurance

The *** number is useless, some security guard at reception answers the phone then "transfers" you to the correct department after which you are cut off and must call n wait for another 30 minutes.

They don't bother answering their emails. They don't bother themselves with the online claims. I mean they've got to pay attention to at least one.

This is poor service.
