Unhappy clients

I want to cancel this insurance as the person who assisted me to take the insurance didn't verify my banking details and took the first banking details she saw on her side, and now that the debit order was not successful am getting smses of them taking me to create brueas.. For what exactly because i didn't even use their services, it is insurance forgot sack, i don't pay you cancel my policy
