Unfair Treatment by TELKOM INSURANCE(ADMINPLUS)

ADMINPLUS on behalf of TELKOM INSURANCE is failing to terminate my contract long after the claim was settled and closed.

I lost 2 phones in a hijack incident in August 2021. One phone was insured by DOTSURE and it was paid 2 days after the incident. The one insured by ADMINPLUS on behalf of TELKOM WAS ONLY PAID IN april 2022 (8 Months after the incident)

This was after numerous unanswered emails to accounts such as Monique, Chantell, Mojera, and Lee-ann. The only email account that finally helped is that for MARCEL

The number of calls made were unnecessary Replies via emails are scanty No commitment from the company to finalize the claim. and now no commitment to stop debiting my account
