Unfair Treatment

I am very disappointed about the treatment I receive d from Admin Plus Insurance Company, I was paying Insurance for 24 months with them for my Telkom Contract phone. My phone was ****** and I claimed it around June 2020 I was taken from pillar to post. I was sending Emails to Ethel_Jean Pekeur from Claims Department she was not helpful at all. She asked for all the relevant Documents that i sent to her and still, she couldn't help me,

I had to cancel the contract cause I advised them that the company was Liquidated and I was told that according to their Records the phone that I am claiming was not recorded on their system was I advised that the p40 that I was claiming for was an upgrade from 2020, So it was not my fault that Telkom didn't update their system. They even asked for the check list and went to Telkom @ Maponya Mall and they told me that they can't retrieve it cause the contract is canceled.

The lady who was helping me asked for so many Documents and I emailed everything that they asked for, the service was so poor she even sent an Email to Ziyanda cause they said the claim is now with Underwriting Department and I was copied, that Ziyanda didn't even get back to me till to date.

It is really not fair to pay for Insurance for 24 months and at the end of the day, you don't get help. MY CLAIM IS ***.
